This Privacy Policy details the policies regarding collection, use and disclosure of your information by AusStaker. Definition of terms are as provided in our Terms and Conditions. By accessing this Service, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. We will not use or share your information with any person or organisation except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy does not apply to information we obtain by other means or from other sources.


Use of The Service may entail the creation of a user account to identify your account details. This allows us to provide a part or all of the functionality of the Service, operate it, maintain it, analyse how the Service is used, diagnose problems, maintain security, personalise your account and monitor demographic patterns. This information includes your name and email address among others. If you register for an account, your details will not become known to other users of the Service. Your information may also remain after you cancel your account. You agree to provide that content at your own risk. AusStaker has no obligation to monitor content you have posted to the Service. AusStaker will only view your content to fix or improve the Service, assist in resolving support requests, as required to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation. Use of the Service may also entail staking of your digital currency which creates a relationship between your digital currency and our Stake Pool. This allows us to provide functionality of the service and to operate it. Third Party Tools are utilised by this Service. This includes the use of Google Analytics to enable greater understanding of the Services usage. These tools typically collect information which has been sent by your browser as part of a request and includes cookies and your IP address. Those Third Party Tools also receive this information and their use of it is not represented by this Privacy Policy and may be represented by their own Privacy Policy. When you are using the Service, our servers will log certain information. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages and other information. Cookies may be used when you access the Service to assist your browser in navigation to and through the Service. Cookies are small data files used to uniquely identify your browser. A cookie may convey information about how you use the Service. Cookies can persist on your computer system even after closing your browser. They may be removed by following your specific browsers directions. You can optionally select to reject all cookies, however some features of the Service may not function properly in this instance. You reserve the right to decline submitting personal information through the Service, in which case AusStaker may not be able to provide some specific, or all, services to you.


Where accounts are registered with AusStaker over and above registration or use of the Cardano Service, your information will be shared with yourself via the Account Page. This includes your account information to enable you to access the Service. None of your information related to the operation of the Cardano Service will be shared with any external parties. As we develop our company, we may expand, buy or sell components. Customers and their information are often one of these components. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate mergers, dissolution or divestitures. AusStaker will comply with Laws and Law Enforcement demands which may include disclosing your personal information. This is necessary to protect AusStaker’s rights or property, comply with law, or protect the safety of any person. AusStaker may share your non-Cardano Service information with other Third Party’s as required to deliver the Service to you. In this instance those Third Party’s use of your information will also be bound by this Privacy Policy. AusStaker may disclose your anonymous usage data with other Third Party’s to assist in understanding usage of the Service. You should be aware that if you are in a legal jurisdiction, including an international location separate from Australia, that different laws may apply from your jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of this Service. By using this Service you are consenting to the transfer of information to Australia.


For key transactions using the Service, including log-in and Payment Service accesses we encrypt your transaction by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Currently, no payment information is stored since the Service uses third party payment processors. Where applicable in the future we will hold your payment method details using industry best practices. Security of your transactions are taken seriously. No method of electronic information security is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit or store in the Service. You may opt to access the Service by not using SSL, however this is conducted at your own risk. We may store your information in locations outside the direct control of AusStaker. This includes storage of information on servers or databases which are managed or controlled by Third Party hosting providers. In the unlikely event that your information is compromised as a result of a security breach,  AusStaker will notify you.


Any links provided on AusStaker are provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the Privacy practices and policies of those sites. Your interactions with those sites is subject to their own policies and terms.


This Policy may be modified at various intervals. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to the new Policy. You will be notified of changes, at our discretion, by email (as linked to your account) or by updates on the news or Privacy Policy (this) page(s).
