Use of The Service may entail the creation of a user account to identify your account details. This allows us to provide functionality of the service and to operate it. Third Party Tools are utilised by this Service. This includes the use of Google Analytics to enable greater understanding of the Services usage. These tools typically collect information which has been sent by your browser as part of a request and includes cookies and your IP address. Those Third Party Tools also receive this information and their use of it is not represented by this Privacy Policy and may be represented by their own Privacy Policy. When you are using the Service, our servers will log certain information. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages and other information. As we develop our company, we may expand, buy or sell components. Customers and their information are often one of these components. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate mergers, dissolution or divestitures. AusStaker will comply with Laws and Law Enforcement demands which may include disclosing your personal information. This is necessary to protect AusStaker’s rights or property, comply with law, or protect the safety of any person. AusStaker may share your non-Cardano Service information with other Third Party’s as required to deliver the Service to you. In this instance those Third Party’s use of your information will also be bound by this Privacy Policy. AusStaker may disclose your anonymous usage data with other Third Party’s to assist in understanding usage of the Service. You should be aware that if you are in a legal jurisdiction, including an international location separate from Australia, that different laws may apply from your jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of this Service. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
For key transactions using the Service, including log-in and Payment Service accesses we encrypt your transaction by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Currently, no payment information is stored since the Service uses third party payment processors. Where applicable in the future we will hold your payment method details using industry best practices. Security of your transactions are taken seriously.
